"I travel the world, working in developing countries, yet my true love is
writing.

Alden Stevens says:
"Dear Reader,
I am one of those persons who holds Astrology at arm's length. In other words, I
listen with respect to those persons who subscribe to the art, but have never sought a
reading for my own use.
Stephen Byers forced me to reevaluate this position.
You see, in September of 2001, I was at a tango dance during which Stephen approached me
with this concern: 'Alden, I was looking at your chart, and you may need to be especially
careful around the first week of November. The issue will be toxicity, and it will
affect your heart.'
I thanked Stephen for his warning, and dismissed it. After all, I am a nonsmoker,
nondrinker, physically active, at my ideal weight, with low blood pressure, and low
cholesterol. The lowest risk group for heart problems.
On Wednesday, November 7, 2001, I had a heart attack.
Fortunately, I survived with relatively few complications. Two and a half years
later, neither my GP nor my cardiologist has been able to determine what caused it.
Best guess is an "arterial spasm" possibly caused by exposure to toxic molds in
my work environment that day. Now, when Stephen speaks, I pay close attention."

Relocation
Letters
These are a few of the many happy letters I get from clients that have taken advantage
of my Relocation Astrocartography services. I enjoy reading them all and post a few
here for your benefit as well. If you would like more information, contact

Susan and William need no introduction. Their
letter tells the story.

Dear Stephen,
It is a genuine pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for you.
When we first met you back in 1995, we were your "average middle
managers" -- overworked, underpaid and wanting more from life.
Admittedly when you first told us both to quit our jobs and sell our house
of 17 years, and to relocate here to the New York City area, we didn't know
you well enough yet to trust you that much. After all, we had
consulted with you less than a year and were earning a decent income despite
being dissatisfied with our jobs at times.
What clinched our decision, to test out your recommendation to relocate
here, was when you told us to sell our company stock before the end of the
following quarter. We didn't take your advice and that cost us
dearly. Our company revealed some bad news, the stock dropped hard,
and by the time we finally sold our shares, we had about $45,000 less money
than had we promptly done what you advised.
So we went for a trial visit to White Plains. I got my first job
here, as you said I would, within weeks of that trial visit, even before I
quit my old job. My new job paid so well that William decided to "wing
it" like you advised. Well, our old house sold on schedule too, so we
splurged to buy the beautiful home we now have here. Prices are much
higher here, but we felt that we could afford this house given your positive
forecast.
In 2001 William and I started our own company per your suggestion.
Last year our combined income was more than double what we made as two
"average middle managers."

Wahab is an experienced family doctor from Pakistan, living in
the US. Unfortunately, since the tragedy of 9/11, he and his family have been
severely persecuted due to their Arab-sounding last name and their
"Arab" appearance. Wahab loves America and is not Arabic.
Wahab sought my advice to find locations where life for him and his family will be
better. I pinpointed two cities, one in the U.S. and one in Pakistan, where
his future will be significantly improved. After his consultation, Wahab
wrote this short note:

Keya was retiring and wanted to "maximize her life"
(her words). I suggested she try a Relocation Astrocartography to find some
great choices. After a brief consultation to discuss her options, Keya decided on
a short visit to Albuquerque, NM. Keya immediately decided to move
there permanently. In a recent letter Keya writes:
Dear StarFolks at StarWise,
Well, I am thoroughly in love with this place - Have a good tango
teacher, nice people to dance with three times a week & a practice
session on Sat. I Joined OAFS! (Outdoor Adventures For Singles)
I've been on a night hike into the pure, pristine air of the mountain 20 min
from here, up a deeply rutted canyon road. Sat. I will go on an
all day hike on the crest of the Sandias (Spanish for water melon) the
mountains that turn pink at every sunset & that I can watch from my
balcony.
Yesterday I got my drivers license & plates. I was asked the usual
questions. Have you ever slept with the president!
Then I went to a gas station to get my plates on since NY dealer welded
them on practically. A man said, wait until I get my coffee
& I'll help you - and he did. Everyone is so friendly, that
is the funniest part to get used to - people talk to you. We are
having high humidity today - 31%
I am not bored and not lonely. Met a woman already with good
energy to mine. This was exactly the right move for
me. I'm home & I belong here! Keep in touch dear
friends. I miss you deeply.

Sally started out with two map reports. She consulted with
me personally and I determined that her life would be much better in
Pennsylvania. In a recent letter Sally writes:

"I was inspired to write you and give you an update. My
home is now officially on the market for sale! I am happier and
more energized than I have been in quite some time.
I'm absolutely ready to relocate and your #1 pick of places to go is
beautiful. Williamsport, Pa is located on the Susquehanna river
nestled in the mountains (Allegheny, I believe).
I am changing and very much liking who I am. I feel like I am
whole--fully integrated. Recognizing and accepting the painful
experiences in my life has proven to be the keystone for change and
growth. I thank you from my heart for the "kick in the
butt." I'm off and running and I look forward to whatever
challenge comes my way.

Estelle and Marc were ready to retire and wanted to find a

Open letter to ITV
Dear ITV,
I hope you will forgive me if I fail to properly express myself since this is the first
time in my long life that I have ever written a company, or anyone, to thank them
sincerely for helping bring a television show--Foyle's War--to the public, so that I too
could watch it.
I trust that you are proud to have helped create and air this monumental series.
I rate the quality, importance and worldwide impact of Foyle's War at the same supreme
level as the Sherlock Holmes stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Foyle's War is nothing
short of a miracle of art, truth and inspiration in a world awash in banality, materialism
and pain without soul or purpose.
In a thousand years, people will still read Doyle and watch Foyle. Almost all else will
be forgotten dust.
Ever since I saw the first episode, I have told those among my family and friends, who
might appreciate these unbelievably wonderful and profound shows, to see these
masterpieces of genius. They serve as a perfect ruler to measure everything and everyone
else in life, for all times and places.
How sad so much of life falls far, far short of Foyle's War. How glorious to have such
a rainbow for all to see and use or refuse to measure themselves accordingly.
I can only add my simple "thank you!" to the growing chorus of well-deserved
acclaim.
May life rewards you in full measure for the rich hope, happiness and courage you have
given to so many millions of appreciative people in need of a rainbow,
