Your cost to purchase additional monthly calendars is based on our calculation of your potential to win.  Your previous or sample calendar includes your Luck Score on the first page.  Select the value closest to your Luck Score in the form below.  The cost of your additional calendar is based on this information.

Selecting a Luck Score choice less than the one printed in your calendar will delay your order.  We will check our records and verify the order information.
